365 Reflections
Every reflection from the past year, gathered in one place.
December ’25 Edition - Clearing the Space
Every morning, before the day really gets going, I write a small dated note. Nothing elaborate. Just one thing I noticed or learned from the day before. Sometimes a quote fits naturally and helps say what I’m still trying to understand. Other days, the reflection needs no company at all. It’s just me noticing.
January '26 Edition - Starting Anew
Here is how January unfolded, one day and one reflection at a time.
February '26 Edition - Communication
Here’s how February unfolded, one day and one reflection at a time…
March '26 Edition - Thinking About Thinking
Today marks day #273 of this daily reflection practice. (Well… technically 274, but I accidentally repeated the same number at 266, and I’ve decided to just live with it.)
April '26 Edition - The Meaning of Meaning
Time for another month of reflection to roll in. Normally, I try to get this out on the first day of the month, but this time I was in the middle of a trip to Mexico City and wanted to take the time to sit down and write this. The details of the Mexico City trip should be in next month’s edition… so stay tuned.
June'26 Edition - The Journey That Continues
Time for another month of reflections to roll in. For much of the June, I found myself thinking about the end of my year of daily reflections. I wondered what it would feel like to finally reach Day 365. But when it arrived, it was over almost as quickly as it began.

What a gift, thank you VJ.
