Love the monthly summary. I don’t know why all of your notes don’t make it into my feed, I’m grateful that you so this monthly!

Thank you, Carolyn! Sometimes I wonder what the Substack algorithm is up to as well. I’m glad the monthly roundup helps connect the dots. I’m grateful to have you following along on this journey.

"“I only know one thing, and that is I know nothing.” — Socrates" - this one may help us experience and learn more fully

This is one of my favorites as well. The humility to recognize our limits is a lesson in itself. And the earlier we learn that lesson, the more there is left for us to learn… thank you for reading.

The older I get, the more I realize acceptance is not giving up - it's seeing clearly. "What now?" is a much more useful question than "Why me?"

“acceptance is not giving up - it's seeing clearly. "What now?” - Love how you framed this, Nicole.

The older I get, the more fascinated I am by how much is going on in other people's lives that I'd never know just by looking at them. Every now and then a conversation gives you a glimpse behind the curtain, and you realize how incomplete first impressions usually are.
